Globalization and the Transition of Public Administration

The process of globalization and the transition of public administration bear logical correlation. Globalization is more than internationalization. It is the fundamental reformation of global society. Public administration in transition means a structural change based on the technological progress and economic development. While the global institutional evolution is brought out, new mentality in public life has come into being. Accordingly, public administration is now changing along three dimensions: normalization, institutionalization and pluralization.
