现阶段高校师资的创新契约管理

摘    要:契约构成了组织人力资源管理的纽带,贯穿人力资源管理过程的始终。当前,我国高校的师资管理机制正处于由计划经济体制下的静态管理向新时期的动态管理转变的摸索和改革阶段,管理观念需要改变、激励机制需要创新、契约管理的水平需要提高。现阶段最可行的就是加强师资的创新契约管理,即建立基于能力和绩效的薪酬制度,同时强化心理契约激励。

Abstract:Innovative contract management exerts a critical effect throughout the overall process of human resources management. Recently, the mechanism of college teacher management in China has been undergoing a transformation stage in which the static management under the planned economy system has been changing towards the dynamic management in the new era. During the transforming phase, the management concepts,incentive mechanism and contract management should be improved and innovated. Based on the analysis, the most important thing to be done at present is to strengthen the innovative contract management in college teachers management.
