| Abstract: | The paper reveals that college student's individual -orientation and collective -orientation be in two different dimensions and they have relation which reflects mainly in collective-orientation with self-concept construction. The analysis of the sell - concept construction of the college students, bearing hight -collective-orientation as well as low -collective-orientation, indicates that the self-concept Construction have a dynamic role. |
