| 摘 要： | 社会公平是人类的崇高理想和永恒的价值理念,高等教育是促进社会公平的重要途径和手段。随着经济发展和社会进步,高等教育公平成为社会关注的热点。现从公平的哲学解读为起点,揭示现阶段我国高等教育公平的内涵和特征,揭示高等教育产生不公平的因素,提出具有建设性的政策措施。
