技术系统演化的耗散结构观

摘    要:技术系统的演化对发展中国家的技术进步和经济赶超有着至关重要的作用。这篇文章以一个全新的视角, 借用热力学中的耗散结构理论,在技术系统与耗散结构类比的基础上,提出了技术系统非平衡演变模型,探讨了突破性技术创新推动技术系统演化的内在机制,指出了突破性技术创新在技术系统演化过程中的“类负熵”作用,并阐释了发展中国家应该以创造良好外部环境、制定合适的技术创新战略和正确引导技术创新的方向三方面为着力点, 促进本国技术系统的高级化。

Abstract:The evolution of technology system plays an important role to the technological improvement and economic advancement of developing countries. By examining from a brand new perspective and using the theory of dissipative structure in the thermodynamics, which is based on the analogy between the technology system and the dissipative structure, this paper provides an unbalanced evaluative model of technology system and discusses the internal mechanism of disruptive technology innovation that pushes the evolution of technology system. It points out the "congener minus entropy "effect of disruptive innovation in the process of technology system evolution and concludes that developing countries should put more efforts on creating favorable environment, drafting proper innovative strategy, directing proper innovative way so as to promote the advancement of the country's technology system.
