聂荣臻对中国革命最突出的贡献之一是创建了晋察冀抗日根据地.聂荣臻对创建晋察冀边区的贡献主要是在政治上建立抗日民主政府,调动人民群众的积极性;在军事上发动群众参军,改造杂色武装;在经济上实行减租减息政策,发行边区货币,发展生产;在文化上发展学校教育、新闻出版事业、戏剧创作.在聂荣臻的领导下,晋察冀根据地不仅成为了敌后抗战的坚强堡垒,还为解放战争的胜利作出了重大的贡献.晋察冀根据地被中共中央誉为"敌后模范的抗日根据地及统一战线的模范区",毛泽东肯定并推广了晋察冀根据地的建设经验.

Nie Rongzhen's Contributions to Establish the Border Area of Jinchaji in Resisting against Japanese Invaders

The most prominent contribution of Nie Rongzhen in the Chinese Revolution is to establish the base area in the Jinchaji to resist against the Japanese invaders.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China praises the base area of Jinchaji as "the model anti-Japanese base area of enemy's rear area and exemplary district of the united front".Mao Zedong affirmed and popularized the construction experience of the base area of Jinchaji.Nie Rongzhen's main contributions are setting up the democratic government politically in resisting against Japan and arousing the enthusiasm of the masses to join the army,as well as,culturally,developing the education of school,news and publication and creation of drama.The policies of cutting rates,issuing the currency of border area and developing production in economy are adopted.
