改元升旗:南京临时政府新国家外观的确立与反响

南京临时政府建立后,迅速颁布新的纪元方式和新的国旗,使中国第一次具备一个近代国家应有的外观。国内不同政治立场的党派界别,围绕"改元"、"升旗"问题表现出截然不同的态度和行为。在新国家外观确立的过程中,各种趋附、抵制和妥协,客观地反映了各种政治、社会力量之间的博弈,并从深层揭示出新国家的外观与实际的距离。针对"改元"、"升旗"表现出不同的态度和行动,在一定程度上反映了新国家建立之初复杂的政治趋附和心理变迁。

Building Republic of China: Establishment and Echo of New National ExteriorAppearance during the Nanjing Provisional Government

The Nanjing Provisional Government promulgated the new era way and the new national flag when established,which made China have a national exterior appearance that modern nation-state should be have for the first time.Domestic parties displayed the opposite attitudes and actions according to "changing the title of a reign" and "hoisting the national flag".In the process of the new national exterior appearance establishment,all of flattery,boycott and compromise reflected political or social powers’ fightings,and demonstrated deeply distance between exterior appearance and reality.The different attitudes and actions,to a certain extent,reflected the complicated political flattery and psychological changes at the beginning of the establishment of a new state.
