国家语言能力视角下普通高校英语专业人才培养:问题与对策

文章从国家语言能力角度探讨我国英语专业人才培养面临的问题和挑战，并借鉴西方国家语言战略中人才培养的经验提出相应的对策。我国英语专业人才培养存在课程设置缺乏整体规划，人才培养理念与人才资源开发错位以及国际化高端人才严重不足等问题。为促进中国在全球事务治理中的话语能力，我国应制定以国家语言能力为核心的英语专业课程规划，树立与国家语言能力发展相适应的英语专业人才培养理念，建立具有国际化视野的英语人才资源库。

A study of cultivating English majors in Chinese universities from the perspective of national language capacity: problems and countermeasures

This paper discusses the problems and challenges in cultivating English majors in China from the perspective of national language capacity, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the experience of talent cultivation in the language strategy of Western countries. At present, there are several problems in the cultivation of English majors in China, such as a lack of overall planning for cultivating English majors, the mismatch between talent cultivating concepts and the talent resources development, and the serious shortage of international high-end English talents. In order to promote China''s discourse competence in governing global affairs, China should formulate curriculum planning for English majors with national language capacity as the core, establish an English major cultivating concept compatible with the development of national language capacity, and bulid an English talent resource base with an international vision.
