| 摘 要： | 当前，新冠肺炎疫情防控工作进入新的关键阶段，为加快打赢疫情防控阻击战，顺利推进中小企业复工复产，构建中小企业和谐劳动关系尤为关键。针对肺炎疫情防控下劳动关系的表现，从企业、政府和工会三个角度，提出了具体的对策，从而帮助中小企业营造和谐劳动关系，支持中小企业有序复工复产，维持企业正常生产经营秩序。

| Abstract: | At present, the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work has entered a new critical stage. In order to speed up the fight against epidemic prevention and control and smoothly promote the resumption of work and production of small and medium-sized enterprises, the construction of harmonious labor relations in SMEs is the key. Based on the performance of labor relations under the prevention and control of the pneumonia epidemic, this article proposes specific countermeasures from the perspectives of enterprises, governments, and trade unions, thereby helping SMEs to build harmonious labor relations, supporting the orderly resumption of production and maintaining SMEs normal production and operation order. |
