东亚货币合作与人民币国际化

蒙代尔2000年预言,在未来10年内将出现3大货币区:欧元区、美元区和亚洲货币区, 即“稳定性三岛”。欧洲和美洲的区域货币一体化成果使区域货币一体化成为国际货币制度的发展趋向。在区域货币一体化的大潮中,东亚货币合作也不可避免。中国作为东亚地区经济增长速度最快的国家之一,不仅应该积极参与东亚货币合作,而且应该成为推动者和领导者。但是,中国参与东亚货币合作存在诸多困难,其中人民币国际化程度不高是主要困难之一。人民币国际化是实现东亚货币合作的主要路径之一。因此,东亚货币合作进程中,必须加快人民币国际化。

East Asian Currency Cooperation and Internationalization of RMB

Mundel predicted in 2000 that in the coining ten years there will be three currency areas: Euro Area, American Dollar Area and Asian Currency Area. As the regional monetary integration becomes the developing trend of the international currency system. East Asian currency cooperation is inevitable. China should actively participate in the East Asian currency cooperation, and even try to be the propellant and leader. However, the low level of RMB's internationalization becomes the main difficulty. Therefore, in the process of East Asian currency cooperation, we should speed up the internationalization of RMB.
