| 摘 要： | 在工程项目建设中,工程变更对项目的影响日益增强。笔者结合高校基本建设工程的实际状况,从工程变更的认定、工程变更的原因、工程变更的影响、减少工程变更的对策等方面,分析了工程变更对工程质量、工程进度、工程造价等产生的影响,并相应地提出了控制工程变更的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | In the process of construction,engineering changes exert great influences on projects increasingly.It is necessary to study the control of engineering changes so as to avoid investment faults.Based on the actual situation of capital construction in universities,this paper analyzes the influences that engineering changes produce on(quality),schedule and cost of projects.Finally,the approaches to the control of engineering changes are proposed. |
