| 摘 要： | 春秋战国时期楚国官制独树一帜,具有浓厚的地方特色。通过探讨春秋战国时期楚国的中央官制、地方官制以及职官的管理制度等主要问题,可勾勒连缀出一条楚国官制演进变迁的发展脉络。透过官制,可以清楚地看到楚国是一个君主专制、中央集权的贵族政治体制的国家,这种政治体制对于楚国历史的兴衰以及对后世中国封建社会中央集权政治体制的建立、发展与演变都具有重要意义。
