| 摘 要： | 甘南州藏族人口文盲率高,是历史上封建王朝和奴隶社会长期统治留下的痕迹,而甘南的藏民真正摆脱旧的落后的部落头人的掠夺式统治时间并不长。由于长期经济落后,交通不便,甘南州与内地在各方面都有较大差距,在文化教育方面同样存在这种现象。

| Abstract: | Gan Nan Tibetan Nationality Autonomous County is located in the Gansu Province southwest part,its peculiar geographic location has decided Gan Nan county State being playing carry on transition role between inland and Tibetan-inhabited area...In recent years,with the improvement of social economy,Gan Nan Tibetan Nationality Autonomous County population size has been increasing year by year,population illiteracy ratio has kept falling off step by step,there is a notable rise of population quality. |
