| 摘 要： | 十月革命爆发后 ,列宁便遵照革命前夕的国家垄断资本主义思路 ,着手在苏俄“消除”市场经济关系、建立社会主义“有计划”的经济关系 ,但由于各种实践中的困难 ,列宁的指导思想和实践不久就发生了转变 ,转到了传统马克思、恩格斯“剥夺和改造”的思路上 ,并一直保持到新经济政策实施前。

| Abstract: | After the outbreak of October Revolution, Lenin, acting upon his ideology of state-monopolized capitalism, methodically "eliminated" market economy in Soviet Union and began to build socialist "planned" economy. Due to the various problems in practice, Lenin soon decided to "expropriate" and "reform" the old economy. This economic policy was maintained till the new economic policy came into being. |
