| 摘 要： | 小麦是明代华北平原最为重要的粮食作物之一,不仅广为种植,而且其播种面积比例及在赋税结构中的比重均大大提高,在华北平原粮食种植结构中占据着重要地位,对保证国家粮食安全和维持社会稳定产生重要影响。

| Abstract: | Wheat was one of the most important food crop in the Ming Dynasty China Plain. It was not only widely planted, but also its proportions and the proportion of the tax structure were given to improve, occuping an important position in the North China Plain grain planting structure , which has important implications for ensuring national food security and maintaining social stability. |
