| 摘 要： | 文章通过介绍和比较国内外临床药学研究生教育的现状,分析了现阶段我国临床药学研究生教育存在的问题,论证了建立临床药学专业学位研究生教育的必要性,认为当前我国临床药学研究生教育的模式难以满足社会对高层次临床药学人才的需求.据此,从八个方面提出了建立和完善临床药学专业学位研究生教育制度的策略与建议. |

| Abstract: | By introducing and comparing the status quo of the postgraduate education for clinical pharmacy in China and abroad,this study analyzed the problems to be solved in the postgraduate education for clinical pharmacy in China. This study put forward the conception of the establishment of Chinese postgraduate education for professional degree of clinical pharmacy and discusses its necessity. It was concluded that it is hard to meet the demands for high level of clinical pharmacy talents by relying on the model of postgraduate education for clinical pharmacy in China. Based on the analysis,this study provides some strategy and advice for establishment and perfection of the postgraduate education for professional degree of clinical pharmacy from eight aspects in China. |
