| Abstract: | The job of periodical editors is complex and sucsessive, which needs not only creativity on synthetical brain labor, but also the thought of working as maritage for others .In the mean time it also demands the editors enough professional morality and dovative essence. How to promote the abilities of periodical editors and their practice are presented in the article. |
