| 摘 要： | "两个提高"是我党对收入分配制度改革认识的进一步深化,也是对我国收入分配制度的创新。我国目前收入分配存在的问题主要是收入分配的不合理和收入差距过大。收入分配制度的深化改革势在必行。"两个提高"的提出,有着科学的理论依据。"两个提高"贵在落实。
