反对针对妇女的暴力,我们走了多远？

中国/联合国人口基金第七周期项目“反对针对妇女的暴力”于2012年11月中旬对湖南省浏阳市和河北省承德县两个试点县市开展了基线调查.调查结果显示,最近两年试点地区针对妇女暴力的发生率有所降低,遭受暴力的妇女向相关职能部门的求助率与过去相比有很大提高,但仍存在妇女主动求助不足、相关职能部门服务提供者较少、服务经费缺乏、反暴力工作没有纳入部门工作考核范围等问题.暴力类型的变化尤其是精神暴力发生率的快速提高对于干预行动提出了新挑战,遭受暴力的老年妇女问题应引起高度重视,解决妇女受暴力侵害问题党政部门的责任主体作用亟待加强.

Fighting Against Women-targeted Violence

The rate of women-targeted violence has reduced in the past two years and the rate of women seeking help from the relevant functional departments has greatly improved as compared with the past. But not enough women victims are seeking timely help. The number of service providers and fund for the service have decreased and meanwhile, the work of anti-violence has not been included in the evaluation of performance of relevant functional departments. Forms of violence are also changing, with a rapid increase in mental abuse, posing greater challenges to intervention efforts. More attention should also be paid to older women suffering from abuse and the governments at all levels need to give more support to anti-violence efforts.
