| 摘 要： | 在综合考虑城网改造社会效益的定性指标和定量指标的基础上 ,建立了综合评价城网改造社会效益的指标体系 ,并给出了一种利用模糊数学和层次分析法评价城网改造社会效益的方法 ,其评价结果为城网改造项目的可行性研究提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the synthetic consideration of the qualitative and quantificational targets of the city electrical power system reconstruction's society benefit,the target system of the society benefit's synthesize estimation is build in this paper.The estimate method using the fuzzy mathematics and the hiberarchy analysis is developed;the estimate result provides the advantaged foundation of the feasible studies on the electrical system reconstruction's item. |
