| 摘 要： | 犯罪行为是犯罪心理的外化,黑恶势力犯罪的行为特征主要表现为:犯罪行为的多样性; 犯罪行为的疯狂性和暴力性;犯罪行为的隐蔽性;犯罪行为的狡诈性;犯罪行为发展的渐进性;农村黑恶势力犯罪行为具有地缘性、亲缘性和纠合性的特点。

| Abstract: | Criminal behaviors are the results of criminal psychology. The features of mobs' criminal behaviors turn out to be: 1)diversity of criminal behaviors; 2)cruelty and atrocity of criminal behaviors;3) cover- up of criminal behaviors;4)criminals' cunning;5)accumulation of criminal behaviors. In the rural areas, the mobs' criminal behaviors have their own features: regional character, relative character and mass criminal character. |
