劳动力价值取向经济体系探析

摘    要:在社会主义市场经济条件下,劳动者的劳动是社会总劳动的一部分,具有社会性质;社会劳动力价值参与国民收入的初次分配,是实行按劳分配的基础。社会劳动力价值取向目标要体现社会主义的生产目的,即最大限度地满足人们的物质文化生活需要;用人单位劳动力价值取向界定在边际成本等于边际收益的理论基础上;劳动者向社会提供的劳动数量和质量不同劳动者的劳动力价值存在根本差别,按劳分配也必然是多层次的。因此在社会保障领域内应更多地关注公平,通过国民收入的分配和再分配来缩小人们之间收入的差距,实现在一个有效率的经济体系中增进平等。

Abstract:Under the socialist market economy,laborers' work,with social characteristics,is part of the total social labor.Social labor value is included in the primary distribution of national income,which is the basis for implementing distribution according to one's performance.The goal of social labor value is to represent the socialist productive goal,which is to meet the demand of material culture for people to the maximum extent.Labor value of employing unit is based on the theory that the marginal cost is e- qual to the marginal benefits.The different quantity and quality provided by laborers results in the fun- damental different labor value.Therefore,distribution according to one's performance is inevitably multi -level.
