| 摘 要： | 高等院校的文化是一种特殊的组织文化,是由高校师生共同创造的一种与社会时代紧密相关的.又具有高校组织特色的文化形态的总和.通常包括物质文化形态、制度文化形态、精神文化形态和行为文化形态.它们与学校组织环境构成了高校的文化氛围、校园精神和生存环境.发扬优秀的文化传统,强调学术自由争鸣.吸收一切文明成果,创造出特色鲜明的高校教育文化体系,构造良好的组织环境,是高校文化转型与塑造的重要内容.
