中国近代工厂制度的产生及其产权运作的特征

有效率的经济组织是经济增长的关键 ,一个有效率的经济组织在西欧的建立是西方经济兴起的原因。近代工厂制度率先在欧洲出现 ,并于鸦片战争后传入中国。 19世纪后半期 ,在中国产生了外国资本、官僚资本和民族资本三种不同的所有制企业。这三种所有制企业其产权运作的效率是不同的 ,从而决定了他们不同的命运和在中国经济发展中的不同作用

Establishment of Factory System in China

An efficient economic organization is the key to economic growth, as well as the reason for the development of western economy. Modern factory system appeared originally in Europe, which was imported into China after the Opium Wars. In the late nineteenth century, Foreign Capital, Bureaucratic Capital and Domestic Capital came on in China. However, the efficiency of these three kinds of enterprises that refer to above systems of ownership was completely different so that they determined their own fate and function on economic development in modern China.
