| 摘 要： | 新时期党内监督在取得了可喜的成就的同时,仍存在着明显的疏漏--体制不合理,法制不健全,机制不完善.这既为强化党内监督提出了明确的要求,又为强化党内监督提供了清晰的线索,这就是理顺监督体制,健全监督制度,完善监督机制.
