| 摘 要： | 研究了供应链的合作伙伴的收益共享和风险共担机制。通过对供应链中的收益和风险状况的分析,提出了供应链合作关系存在的必要条件,利用博弈论中的Shap ley值给出利益与风险分配的计算公式,以便合理设计供应链合作伙伴的分配机制,最后通过实例阐明分配机制的应用,并提出培育供应链合作关系的有关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the allocation mechanism of benefits and risks among cooperative partners in supply chain.Firstly,by analyzing the status of benefits and risks in the whole supply chain,the authors point out the necessary condition for the existence of supply chain cooperative relationship.Then the authors apply the Shapley value in game theory to the calculation formula of allocation of benefits and risks so as to devise a reasonable allocation mechanism in supply chain.Lastly,the allocation mechanism is further illustrated by a practical example,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the cooperative relationship. |
