企业品质文化建设的探讨

摘    要:企业要实现有效的管理,创造良好的效益,必须树立品牌,提高竞争力.而品牌的建立需用良好的品质来打造,品质文化形成过程是长久的,复杂的,需要员工强烈的品质意识,乃至品质文化的形成.品质文化的形成需要在横向与纵向两个角度进行,在横向上,包括新产品新工艺新材料的设计研究与开发、生产过程的控制以及营销服务三大环节的相互传递及支持。在纵向上,包括营销决策、组织指挥、工序控制三大质量层面。全体员工在实际的工作过程中形成共同的品质价值观,用充满文化魅力和人情味的管理来潜移默化地影响员工,通过追求完美产品品质来形成品质文化。

Abstract:If the enterprise would like to realize the effective management and to create the good benefit, it must set up the brand and enhance the competitive ability. But the brand establishment make with the good quality while the forming process of quality culture is long-time and complex and it needs the staff's intense quality consciousness and even quality culture formation. The quality culture formation needs carry on in two angles: crosswise and longitudinal. In on crosswise, it includes three big links'mutual transmissions and support: the designs, studies and developments of new product, new craft and new material, the production process control as well as the camp sells serves. In on longitudinal, it also includes three big quality stratification planes: the camp sells decision , the organization direction and the working procedure controls. And all staff should form common quality value view in the actual work process. While the enterprise should influence the staff with the cultural charm and the touch of humanity, and form the quality culture through pursuing the product quality.
