| 摘 要： | 在现存《管子》七十六篇中,包含了丰富的理财思想。本文较系统地分析了《管子》的"富上而足下"的富国论和"取于民有度"的理财原则,并由此而引发出对当代中国新农村建设的现实问题的思考,以求达到博古通今,启发灵感的目的。
