| 摘 要： | 抗战胜利后,国民党当局对北平敌产施以“劫收”。其间,驻军部队、国民党中央各部会、北平市当局、河北省当局、北平行营等各系统围绕敌产出现了激烈争夺。争夺进一步助长了“劫收”之风,进而产生了严重的社会影响与政治后果,加速了国民党在大陆统治的失败。

| Abstract: | Since the victory of the Anti-Japanese War in 1945,the KMT Government began to take over Japanese possessions left in Beiping.Great conflicts took place between ministries of central government,local governments of Beiping and Hebei,garrisons and field headquarters around Beiping,scrambling for the possessions.This made the takeover more be a chaotic plunder,which resulted in a worse situation,which partly explained the fatal defeat of KMT's reign. |
