| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下,我国传统教育伦理遇到严峻挑战。追求教育民主、教育平等、教育公平等成为教育伦理主旋律;教育者与受教育者之间和谐互动是新的教育人伦结构;受教育者成为自己学习的主人,成为教育和教学的中心。以教育价值为先导,建立与市场经济相适应的教育伦理理念,是教育伦理转型的前提;以人人平等的人道主义为理想实现教育公平,是教育伦理转型的目标;面对市场经济进行教师伦理的重新定位,是教育伦理转型的基础。
