电力企业岗位标准的构成要素

摘    要:制定电力企业岗位标准对电力企业可持续发展具有重要意义,电力企业建立岗位标准应遵循系统化、标准化、稳定与发展并重以及全面发展原则;电力企业岗位标准的制定依据应按照电力企业的特点,由年龄、性别、受教育程度、专业年限、计划能力、决策能力、创新能力等要求构成,该组合要求能够较好地满足电力企业岗位的标准要求,进而推动电力企业管理工作的标准化和规范化进程。

Abstract:It is of great importance for the sustainable development of electric power corporations to establish a post standard, The standard should follow the principles of systematizing, standardizing, emphasizing both stability and development, and the developing comprehensively. It must be sot according to the characteristics of electric power corporations and consist of the requests on age, sex, level of education, specialized year, planning ability, policy decision ability, innovating ability, and so on. These are used to satisfy the requests of post standard of electric power corporations so as to advance the process of standardizing and normalizing the electric power enterprise management.
