| 摘 要： | 发达国家体育志愿者起步早，已基本形成了完善的实施体系，在梳理发达国家体育志愿者实施的过程时，从各国的具体实施形态中，提炼出共性的、关键的因素，上升为基本特点加以比较分析，实际上是对实施过程的规律性的初步认识。体育志愿者发展的规模和水平，既与社会经济发展程度有联系，又与社会的价值观、精神追求、教育普及等因素有关联。中国体育志愿者发展方兴未艾，2008年北京奥运会极大地推动了体育志愿者发展。
