应用化学专业生产实习面临的问题与改革措施

生产实习环节是应用化学专业本科生培养的一个非常重要的实践性教学环节，是理论联系实际的重要渠道。生产实习的质量直接影响学生适应社会的能力，也是评价教学效果的重要内容。本文分析了本科生产实习中存在的一些问题，结合指导生产实习的实际情况，提出了彻底改变教育观念、加强与企业的合作、发挥指导教师的作用、加强过程的全面管理等措施来保证生产实习的质量，使学生能够真正做到理论联系实际。

The Existing Problems and Reform Measures of Applied Chemistry Professional Production Internship

The applied chemistry professional production internship is not only a very important part of practical teaching, but also the important channel integrating theory with practical. The effect of production internship directly affects the students′ability to adapt to the society, also is the important content of evaluation of teaching effect. This paper analyzed the existing problems of production internship,combining with the actual situation of production internship, we proposed some strategies to improve the quality of production internship including totally changing education idea, strengthening the cooperation with enterprises, developing the teacher′s leading function and efficient, strengthening the comprehensive management of process, to enable students to truly integrate theory with practice.
