在华跨国公司环境违法风险与应对

随着我国对外开放程度不断增强,在华跨国公司数量日渐增加,由其引发的环境污染风险也随之加剧。论文从风险阐述与应对措施建议两个角度出发,介绍了在华跨国公司的环境信息披露受阻、双重环境标准、污染成本较低、跨国公司"去国籍化"和规避责任的相关风险,并提出了风险预防与解决措施。

The Risks of Environmental Law Violations and Countermeasures Associated with Multinational Corporations in China

With the growing openness of our country ,the number of Multinational Corporations in China is increas-ing .The environmental pollution risks ,which caused by the Multinational Corporations in China ,also will intensify .This paper describes the risks and recommends measures to circumvent the risks .It introduces risks of Multinational Corpora-tions in China ,such as blocking environmental information disclosure ,doubling environmental standards ,enjoying a low cost of pollution ,weakening nationality and avoiding the risks associated with liability .At last ,the paper gives its risk pre-vention and proposes solutions .
