| 摘 要： | 压抑是精神分析心理学的一个重要概念，对压抑以及如何释放压仰的理解，不限于精神分析心理学一种。如果从压抑与释放的角度考量文学艺术的创作以及欣赏，考量文学艺术在心理的调节、养护和促进心理健康的作用却是很有意义的。通过文学艺术活动疏泄主体的欲望和情绪，寄托自己的思想和情感，艺术而隐蔽的宣泄，涤除消极情绪，达到感情和理解的协调。
