| 摘 要： | 当前我国经济正处于转轨中 ,尤其是入世后 ,面临激烈的国际竞争 ,企业深化改革 ,经济的全面振兴迫切需要一大批高素质的企业家。如何改善企业家成长条件是值得探讨、研究的问题。结合我国当前实际情况 ,分析了改善措施 ,尤其是从法律上确认企业家才能的价值体现 ,为企业家的快速成长提供权益保证

| Abstract: | Nowadays our country is in the changing of economy.After joining in the WTO,our country is facing the intense international competition.And there is a great demand for high-quality enterpriser,vocational managers because of the deep reform of the enterprises and the all-round promotion of the economy.This paper mentions five problems worthy of inquiring into and researching on how to improve the conditions of enterprisers growing to maturity,and some improving masures after analyse of the recent practical conditions of our country. It especially proposes that the enterpriser's value be reflected in law,and rights and interests be guaranteed in order that the enterprisers grow to maturity quickly. |
