| 摘 要： | "唱读讲传"是重庆市委、市政府践行科学发展观,进行社会主义精神文明建设的新模式,正在重庆城乡乃至全国广泛深入开展,成为群众自我教育、自我完善的良好载体。文章从巴渝文化的发展进程及"五个重庆"建设之需要,阐明了开展"唱读讲传"活动的历史必然及其重要理论与现实意义。从传承与弘扬巴渝文化的古典和今典,特别是当代红色经典方面进行了系统论述。这对于提高国民素质,奏响时代主旋律和培养社会主义建设人才必将发挥巨大的作用,产生深远的影响。
