| 摘 要： | 中国“和平崛起”的发展理念和道路是当代共产党人的重大创新,具有多层次的丰富内涵,不能简单地用目标手段论来分析。与“和平崛起”的要求相适应,中国对内要深化改革和制度创新,贯彻和落实科学发展观;对外要加强友好外交,丰富和发展“新安全”观和“共同利益”观。

| Abstract: | The development idea and road of "peaceful rise"is a significant innovation of contemporary communists,which has rich connotation and cannot be discussed with the goal-method analysis simply.China must deepen the internal reform and the system innovation,carry out the view of scientific development.In the same time China must also strengthen the friendly diplomacy,enrich and develop the view of "new security" and "common interest". |
