| 摘 要： | 国外城市化与工业化同步发展,农村劳动力转移出来,村民直接变成了市民;我国城市化率远远低于工业化率,"农民工"常年象候鸟一样,职业是工人,身份是农民,没有真正被城市认同接纳.就这一社会现象进行了分析研究,提出了相关对策.

| Abstract: | Foreign urbanization and industrialization are developed in step , the rural labor force shifts out, villagers have become townsman directly. The urbanization rate in China is far lower than industrialized rate, workers from country transfer like migratory bird for a long time. Their jobs are workers, but their identities are peasant, and have not really been admitted by the city. This social phenomenon is analyzed and researched, the relevant countermeasure is put forward. |
