A Study on the Orientation of Ideological and Political Work in College in the New Era

Well fulfillment of ideological and political work is the inevitable trend in contemporary social development.In order that ideological and political work gives full play of the advantage and effectiveness,a sense of innovation must be established,highlighting the understanding of students and the "people-oriented" practice.Moreover,a long-term work system must be built up,satisfying the demand of the scientific development and meanwhile meeting the actual situation of the current ideological and political work.This is the starting point.It is aimed to arouse people’s initiative and enthusiasm and to promote the comprehensive development of ideological and political work.This paper will analyze the practical approaches to the effective fulfillment of ideological and political work.
