基于物元分析的资源节约型社会综合评价研究

摘    要:在建立了资源节约型社会综合评价指标体系的基础上,利用物元分析法对资源节约型社会进行综合评价研究。将资源节约型社会的节约程度分为高、较高、中、低等四个等级,通过确定经典域、节域、待评物元、指标权重以及关联函数对资源节约型社会进行综合分析,并以天津市为例进行了实证研究。结果表明,该方法简便易行,它不仅可以对资源节约型社会进行综合评价,还可以划分资源节约型社会各层指标的节约等级,对于资源节约型社会的建设具有很好的指导意义。

Abstract:Comprehensive evaluation method based on the matter element analysis is employed trying to analyze the conserving level of society after the index system is established. And the society is defined as highly conserved, quite highly conserved, moderately conserved and low conserved. The paper determines the evaluation element, classical extent, nodal extent and relevancy function. At last, case study is executed by taking Tianjin (1997--2006)as an example. The research results reveal that the method not only can comprehensively evaluate the society, but can determine the conserving degree of single index. So it can give good advice to the establishment of resource-conserving society
