摘    要:用PICO-TAG方法测定了三种废料中的氨基酸,将其组成与四种粮食产品的氨基酸组成进行了比较分析,通过与FAO/WHO(联合国粮农组织/世界卫生组织)氨基酸构成模式相比较,认为这些废料可被开发利用,并且对氨基酸提取液的利用进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:The content of amino acids in 3 industrial wastes has been analyzed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography, using phenyl isothiocyanate as a precolumn derivatizingagent (i. e. Pico - Tag Method), and they were compared with that in 4 agriculture prodoucts and themodel of amino acid composition by FAO/WHO (Food and Agriculture Organizition/World Healthy Organization). The analytical results indicate that the wastes can be further utilized. The applications ofthese amino acids extracted from the wastes are preliminarily studied here.
