| 摘 要： | 资本经营是指买卖资产与企业的经营行为,它是我国企业经营理论和实践不断发展的必然产物。资本经营的直接存在基础是生产经营,生产经营的扩张与发展也离不开资本经营。资本经营存在的体制基础是发达的市场经济,其具体要求一是健全产权市场,完善现代产权制度;二是健全资本市场,完善有效的中介机构;三是健全市场监管体系,完善法律法规;四是建立完善的社会保障体系。
