| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育不仅仅是教育方法的改革或教育内容的增减,而更重要的是教育功能上的重新定位,是带有全面性、结构性的教育改革和创新教育发展的价值追求。创新教育是素质教育的核心内容。创新教育的目的是培养创新人才。创新教育要通过学校教育来实现。培养创新人才需要创新型的教师。培养学生创造性学习习惯是创新教育的关键。

| Abstract: | The quality education is not only innovation of education methods or increase and decrease the education content,but alse relocation of the education function,which is education reform in the entire and construction,and valuable pursue of innovation education development.The innovation education is the center of quality education,and Its purpose is to train creative talents,the reality of innovation education is practised by colleges.Trainning innovation talents need new model teachers.The innovation key is to train creative study halits of students. |
