东陇海地区经济空间结构及其优化研究

东陇海地区是我国主体功能区规划确定的未来国家级重点开发区域.根据经济空间结构理论,本文着重分析了该区域的空间结构特征和优化策略.结果表明,尽管东陇海地区的经济发展速度快,但其经济实力相对较弱,其经济空间结构并没有成熟,表现为低水平的多核心空间结构,区域内部城市职能交叉重复.针对这一特征,本文提出了强化核心城市建设、完善区域点—轴系统、建立复合型双核结构、实现海陆联动等促进空间一体化的战略对策.

Research on Economic Spatial Structure of the East Longhai Area and related Optimization Strategies

The East Longhai area is a national key development area identified by the planning of major function oriented zoning in china. Based on the current situation analysis of regional economic development of the East Longhai area, the economic spatial structure feature and its related optimization strategies have been emphatically discussed according to the spatial structure theory. It was shown that the overall economic strength of the East Longhai area was relatively weak despite of the fast economic development speed. The economic space structure was not mature, which was characterized by low level, multicore of spatial structure, repeated and in- tersectional of the urban functions within the area. Finally, some optimization strategies were put forward, which contained intensifying core urban construction, improving regional point-axis system, establishing the compound dualcore structure and implementing the interaction of land and sea, in order to promote the development of the East Longhai area.
