| 摘 要： | 教师是高校教学活动的主导，教师的素质直接影响其教育对象的学识水平、思想意识以及人生观和价值观的取向。因此，高校教师、特别是青年教师应具备的基本素质是思想品德高尚、治学严谨、学识渊博，即应具有良好的思想品德、扎实的专业基础、广博的综合文化知识及健全的心理素质。青年教师应努力朝这个方向发展；学校也应为把青年教师培养成能挑大梁的骨干人才创造条件，提供机会。
