| 摘 要： | 当代大学生的法律素养还十分贫瘠:法律知识欠缺、法律意识淡薄、大学生违法犯罪明显上升.要加强法制教育,提升大学生的法律素养.要发挥课堂教学主渠道、主阵地作用;要坚持依法治校,营造良好的守法氛围;要培养大学生良好的心理素质.

| Abstract: | Contemporary college students are still lacking in the necessary legal qualities.They are deficient in the knowledge of the law and weak in law awareness.Their crime rate is increasing.In view of this situation,it is imperative to strengthen legal education of college students,so as to upgrade their legal qualities. |
