仿真技术在软件专业培养中的应用与研究

为了提高软件技术专业的教学质量,培养符合企业需要的人才,需要在软件公司进行真正的教学,但由于各种原因,是难以实现的。因此文章提出了仿真软件公司的理念,通过仿真软件公司的内部结构和运作方式,使学生在真正职业的环境中学习,培养他们的职业能力和职业素养。该仿真技术经过在软件技术专业培养中二年的实施,成效明显。

On Application and Research of Simulation Technology in Software Professional Training

In order to improve the teaching quality of software technology specialty and train talents needed in the software company.But due to various reasons,it is difficult to realize.This paper proposes a simulation software company philosophy which uses simulation Software Company’s internal structure and mode of operation to make students learn under a real occupational environment,and cultivate their ability of occupation and occupation accomplishment.It has achieved obvious effect after two-year application in software technology specialty training.
