| Abstract: | People take food as their heaven and food therefore is of great importance to majors of food science and engineering.Students must shoulder the heavy loads of history and lay solid theoretical foundation for being engaged in food industry in the future.The education for all-around development must be enhanced in teaching specialized courses and students＇ excellent specialized quality and moral level must be cultivated in order to ensure the sound development of food industry in our country. |
