摘    要:食品科学与工程专业的学生,应当肩负历史重任,为将来从事食品行业打下坚实的理论基础。在专业课教学中要加强学生素质教育,培养学生良好的专业素质和道德水准,为我国食品工业的良性发展提供有力的保证。

Abstract:People take food as their heaven and food therefore is of great importance to majors of food science and engineering.Students must shoulder the heavy loads of history and lay solid theoretical foundation for being engaged in food industry in the future.The education for all-around development must be enhanced in teaching specialized courses and students' excellent specialized quality and moral level must be cultivated in order to ensure the sound development of food industry in our country.
