摘    要:报纸策划是新闻策划的重要分支。在市场经济条件下 ,报纸策划扩展为实体、行为、形象等多层面的快节奏策划。社会主义市场经济条件下的报纸策划 ,有两重追求目标 :一是扩展市场占有率 ,二是坚持正确舆论导向。我国报纸策划有两个突出特色 :一是全员参与 ,二是同业协同。包括报纸策划在内的新闻策划 ,是可以彪炳史册的中国新闻界的一个创举

Abstract:The newspaper scheme is an important branch of the news schemes.Under the condition of the market economy,the newspaper scheme is extended into market schemes with multilayer and quick rhythm of substance,behaviour and image .The newspaper scheme under the condition of the socialism market economy may have two seeking targets.One is to expand the share rate in the market,and the other is to persist in correct direction guiding the public opinion.In our country,the newspaper scheme has two outstanding characteristics.They are the participation of all special people and the coordination of the same trade.The newspaper scheme including the news scheme is a beginning of China press circles which may go down in history.
